PRIVACY POLICY

Introduction

BYEOLTER is a small indie studio in Seoul making apps and games — little pieces of software we hope feel like magic. This policy explains, in plain language, what information our apps, games, and website handle, why, and the choices you have. Most of what we make works without an account and without asking for personal data at all.

App-specific Privacy Policies

Some apps use third-party services such as advertising SDKs. Their data practices are described in app-specific notices. See the Stop Shorts, Stop Comments privacy policy for details about accessibility processing and Google AdMob, and the 그만 봐 (StopWatching) privacy policy for details about Screen Time data and on-device processing. If an app-specific notice differs from this general policy, the app-specific notice explains that app’s data handling.

Information We Collect

We collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use our software, this may include:

• ▸On-device data. Your game saves, settings, and preferences stay on your device. We don’t upload them.
• ▸Crash & diagnostic data. If something breaks, anonymous crash reports help us fix it. These contain no personal identity.
• ▸Advertising SDK data. Stop Shorts, Stop Comments uses Google AdMob. Its SDK may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising and measurement. See the app-specific policy.
• ▸Messages you send us. If you email support, we keep your message and address only to reply.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide our software, respond to support requests, and maintain our services. BYEOLTER does not sell user data or independently build advertising profiles. When an app includes a third-party advertising SDK, that provider may process device and ad interaction data for its own ad delivery and measurement services as described in the app-specific policy.

Third-party Services

Some apps use third-party services to operate. Stop Shorts, Stop Comments uses Google Mobile Ads for banner advertising. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies; see the Stop Shorts, Stop Comments app-specific policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies (website only)

This website uses only the essential cookies needed to remember basic preferences. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. Our apps and games don’t use cookies at all.

Data Retention

We keep data only as long as it serves a clear purpose. Crash and diagnostic data is retained briefly, then discarded. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you. You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you at any time.

You are always in control. You have the right to:
